It was easy to get an initial appointment; the technician was very professional and did a great job getting rid of our hornets nest. He explained a yearly contract clearly for us, prompting us to sign up. The price is fair for the service we received. When the tech came out to do the next quarterly treatment, he let us know he was there and asked if we had any specific problems we needed him to focus on. Overall, a great experience.
The Terminix employees are very personable and professional and take time to explain what they are doing. They also make sure that I realize that if I see a problem after they leave any time before their next scheduled appointment, that I should call and let them know, and they will come out and take care of it.

Terminex is always so thorough and will do any extras you ask of them. Their employees are neat, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. I experienced this once with a former service technician (Mark - I still miss him even though he’s retired). My husband was out of town and a louvered door was off track and I just could NOT get it back on. He jumped in and had the door working perfectly within a minute! The current technician is doing an excellent job, couldn’t ask for more than he’s giving. Thank you Terminex, due to your diligence my bug phobia is put to rest!

For the first time in the 10 years we've lived here, a technician came to specifically inspect the house for potential termite infestation. The technician even went to our attic looking for potential damage. Typically, the technician checked the traps and left.
