Our tech always arrives on time, or even earlier. He is pleasant, courteous, and always checks in before servicing the property to make sure there aren't any "issues". If we want additional spaces checked, he's always willing to get in the attic (or wherever) and ensure that all is good.
Communication with the office is excellent, whether it's regular scheduling or an issue that needs addressing.
All in all, working with Terminix has been an excellent experience.

I have been using Terminex since I purchased my house 6 years ago. Anytime I call, the office staff is very friendly. The technicians are professional and thorough with the inspections. Inspections are convenient because the technician does not need to go into the house, so it can be completed while I am at work. Afterwards, I recieve an inspection report.
