Thanks to Charlie from Terminix, the bugs live outside and we live inside. It’s a very nice arrangement!! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and always available and prompt if I need him in between quarterly treatments. The office staff is equally as kind and helpful. I’m an extremely satisfied customer! 😁

I like how we are reminded a lot to update our termite plan. I like that the inside of the house is inspected for termite activity and the thorough process to find the outdoor traps and add the deterrent. The tech was respectful and thorough. He came on time.
