My husband and I have been clients of Terminix for decades. Yes, decades! Terminix did our termite bond inspections at our first home, and Terminix has done them in this house. We've lived here for 25 years! The folks at my Terminix are so polite, courteous, efficient, and productive. They will gently push me to get my bond inspection scheduled - the house has to be inspected inside - and that's fine! It means the bond inspection gets done when it's supposed to be done and doesn't fall out of compliance. I highly recommend Terminix for your termite inspections and I also recommend you check them out for all the other services they offer!

The agents come yearly and do a good job. It is easy to talk to them to see what they are doing. Perhaps a summary of their work should be given or emailed to make it easier for me to keep a record of it, like how often and when the bait sticks are changed and any observations or recommendations they have.
