The gentleman who helped me with my daughters bike went above and beyond, whereas I was dismissed by the first gentlemen who went to help me. The younger guy saw my daughter and wanted to fix her bike and made that personal connection with my family.
My contact information was lost for a week but when I called the shop the work was done the same day. The work was very good quality.

I like the quick fast service even though they had a ton of bikes they were working on. I came in for a new inner tube, they took me right away and before I knew it I was paying and walking out the door. Everyone there answered all my questions, what a great professional group.
