We just stopped in to look at a used 2024 Escalade that ended up not being exactly what we were looking for. Frankie England in sales was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles she sold I was convinced I wanted to just order a new Escalade from her but didn't like the long wait time or it to be built and shipped. I had not even seen a 2025 and they just happened to have one being serviced in the back. She had it brought around for us to see. Naturally I thought it was a customers but no it was available, so we bought it. We live 185 miles from Don Frankin Cadillac but as long as Frankie is in sales, if I'm in the market for another Cadillac or Chevrolet I will definitely travel back to do business with her.
