Don Franklin Glasgow has the nicest, courteous and friendliest people in there service department. Im a truck driver. I make an appointment, leave my truck overnight, pay over the phone the next day and pick it up when I get back in town. My vehicle service couldn't be more convenient.

What do you like about our products and services?

I own a Silverado and a Nissan that I purchased from you. I have taken them in for routine maintenance and your service department has been excellent.
My salesperson for each of my vehicles has been excellent. Stacy Manning. When I’m ready, I will do a trade and ask for Stacy. I have only been living in Kentucky for less than 3 years. I did not know Stacy before. She knows the vehicles well.
