Left my pup there for a couple nights with a grooming before I picked him up. Pleasant staff, clean facility and accomodating at short notice. Love being able to watch my dog on their cameras while Im at work (when they are working). 10/10 would recommend.

I love that the team knows my dogs when they arrive and that my dogs are always happy to go and come home after. They really love the enrichments and I love the cleaning services. :)

That my dog came out of his camp day, happy and tired! The ease of dropping off and picking up. That your staff is trained in the event of an emergency for any of the pets there.

Convenient location allows me to easily drop our pup off and pick up after work. Our pup loves going to daycare and he comes home tired out from all the activity. Great customer service.

I like that my beagles luv luv to go play with all their friends. We truly appreciate that they get to go for a discount on their birthday week. They both just celebrated and thought their peanut butter cake was amazing. I can board them while on vacation and know they are safe. Luv CAMP BOW WOW!!!!!! ❤️👍😎

I like the friendly employees.
I like that they send reminders of vaccines needed (better than our vet).
I like that I can check on my pet through a camera.
I like that I can feel that my dog is being well cared for… thank you!

What do you like about our services?

The people at the front desk are always very friendly and I love the way they do the "interview" with your new camper by slowly adding more dogs into the room with your pup to see how it does. This process ensures safety and that it's a good fit for everyone :) My only hope was that there would be a separate group for senior dogs as my 8 year old pup is a bit shy, has eyesight issues and is slower- so he likely gets overwhelmed by all of the movement in the large dog room they all play in.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone we interacted with at the Fair Oaks location was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable service, clean facilities and a warm welcome for our boys. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in the care of this team, and were reassured by the positive interactions we saw on the camp cams and the very happy boys we picked up!

What do you like about our services?

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, reasonable prices and hours of operation work well with our schedule. We are not local but it is nice to stop by and leave our boy at Camp Bow Wow while we enjoy Temecula. Their later than normal hours allow us to not rush out during the busy traffic. Our little guy has separation anxiety so being able to bring him here to socialize and not feel abandoned has done wonders for him.
