What do you like about our services?

The staff really love our pups. My dogs are always happy and not stressed when I pick them up. I wish I could listen on the webcam but it has no audio. Not all but MOST caregivers pay attention to the dogs, talk to the dogs, are playful and pet them- as witnessed on camera.

What do you like about our services?

Easy to schedule, my two dogs always have a good time - they are excited to go there. Also enjoy the ability to check in on them during the day with the video feeds. Employees are always friendly and exhibit a sincere love of animals.

Friendly staff, thoroughly explained the process during the interview and our little Maggie seemed to have a good time, and we were able to watch her play with her canine friends there thanks to the on-site cam!

Friendly staff! Makes it so easy to drop off my dogs. My dogs received baths last visit. I was very happy as they both were so shiny!

I do wish however the cameras had more angles so as to get a better view of my dogs. It is hot in AZ currently, which may have led to more time inside.

I am already booked again. Thanks for great service and care!

Everytime I take my dog, he's excited to go he gets to socialize with other dogs. When he comes home he's happy and tired!

Team went above and beyond when my dog got a bad rash. They got Benadryl to give him and sent me pictures showing the progress. Very caring.

The staff is friendly and they have you complete a profile on your dog. You get many updated information on what’s happening in there facilities. I also like the cameras you can verify your fury baby when you’re away. Meanwhile, if your pet needs vaccines and any other information, it will be addressed as a reminder before their next visit. I’m very impressed and will continue to bring my fur baby. “Kino”

Everything the staff is wonderful, very friendly. The owners there quite often to greet you and your Pets . The facility is extremely clean and my dogs absolutely love it.

The business is always clean, the owners are professional and friendly, and they appear to have sufficient staff to oversee the dogs. In addition, you can check in on your dogs via their web cams whenever you want (except when the dogs are in the kennels for rest). I’ve taken my dogs to Camp Bow Wow for years and I’m confident my babies get the best of care.
