I love how excited my pet gets to visit Camp, how my pet is greeted and how comfortable I feel leaving my pet for a few days! I also love the extra pics I get of the time my pet spent there and the activities they did- it’s super great!

Friendly service and seems very good with all the pets being boarded. My puppy is quite old and has no teeth, so it is very important to receive gentle time and regular soft food. They did an excellent job. Need to improve the resolution of the play area cams.

Super friendly staff! Very understanding when my pup had a little anxiety about camp and they really worked with her to make her comfortable and adjust well. She loves going now!

Nicole is awesome! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about boarding our dogs for the first time! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly! She’s the reason we will come back!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They actually love the animals that go there and it shows. Their very transparent so you know at all times what is happening with your doggies.. I highly recommend them and look forward to taking Olivia back.

What do you like about our services?

I always feel like my dog is well cared for during the day! He comes home tired and exercised from chasing dogs all day. My dog was happy and content after two weeks at boarding and it was great checking in on him through Webcams. The staff are friendly and caring.

Our pup is not home alone all day and gets to be around other dogs, which is stimulating and fun for him. Even though he's alone at night, being around others during the day makes up for it - otherwise he'd be alone all day AND night - except for feeding time when a sitter would come over to feed him.

I appreciate the attention and care the staff gives to Birney when he stays with you for the day and or boarding. Grooming/bathing is also great.

I am very disappointed to recently learn that there is no one on the premises at night. I see this as a huge liability for Camp Bow Wow. Being told there is someone just “5 minutes away” is not comforting at all because that is all it takes, if not less than 5 minutes, for a fire to consume any premises, So I am rethinking boarding when I go out of town.
