CBW has a well trained, caring staff. The facility is clean and sanitary. All the dogs must be up to date on shots and vetted for behavior.

Great customer service, my dog loves going, and everyone treats him wonderfully.

Staff really took time with my dog during her assessment to get to know her and ensure all dogs were safe in the sniff and get to know you period. I’m glad she has a place to go and play occasionally that is safer and staffed unlike a dog park.

I especially like that I can view Ryder on the webcams. Also, the staff are all very attentive with the dogs and I trust that they are taking excellent care of Ryder while at the same time he is having a great time playing with the other dogs.

Your location has put us at ease when dropping off our dog for a short period of time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. For the first time in a long time, our dog came out of your facility without shaking and being lethargic.

We have used Camp Bow Wow several times now, and so it is with confidence that I trust and believe that they will look after very well - our Maltese dog named Charlie, when he is a camper at the Concord, CA location!

I understand that Camp Bow Wow is a Franchise - or at least I think I remember reading that somewhere. Having in the past personally owned a Franchise, I understand the Corporate attention that is given! Thank you!

Caring, kind and attentive to our Allie when she is at CBW. She is always so happpy to be there which means a lot to us!

Small dog drop ins

My dog loves to go to camp here. The staff members are very professional and they like my little dog. I have had him bathed too and that went very well. We are very happy with this Camp.

We love how everyone seems to know Javi (and her personality) and feel she is well taken care of while she is at Camp!

Always greeted with smiles during drop off and pick up making my dog and I feel welcomed!
