OMG, everything! Location, the employees, everything you have set up and I could go on and on. I will be taking my boy there three days a week. I am so happy I found a place that I feel comfortable leaving him. He is safe and everyone is very kind to him.
Camp Bow Wow made our pup feel welcome and their method of a graduated introduction to the pack was great for easing our pup into a first time doggy daycare situation.

Sierra has been going to Camp Bow Wow for about 6 yrs and loves it. The staff there have helped her socialize more with other dogs and, best of all, they know who she likes and doesn't like - dog wise plus they understand her behaviors. She adores all the staff and hates coming home. Honest! She will go to all the staff in the reception area expecting hugs and kisses and then tries to get more from them. I have to practically drag her out of there!
I have recommended Camp Bow Wow to others and will continue recommending as the staff really do love these dogs.
Haley started with her from day 1 and she adores her and I think the feeling is mutual. Sierra has her group of friends as well - Charlie (her Camp Bow Wow beau) who can do literally anything to her and she never gets mad, Sadie who was her first "girl" friend dog that helped her get along with her sister at home, The Beefy, who slobbers all over her. I know there are others as well that are in her "group" of friends.
I also love how the staff take holiday pics of the dogs with costumes and everything. I send copies to all my friends who also adore her! It's a great place for dogs! Susan

Your staff, at all positions, are knowledgeable, caring, and show true concern for their customers and the animals trusted to their care.
Tate was so excited the moment she realized where where we were. And, when I picked her up at the end of the day-she was just giddy. It is so great to have such a clean, well run facility for our beloved furry pals.
The staff at this location are amazing. Everyone I encountered was all sweet and nice. When I Picked up my dog she had the biggest smile on her face. She was excited to see me but also looked content.
At other places, she sometimes is anxious and wants to get the heck out of there. That was not the case here.
Blue loves going there. Plays all day and is exhausted at end of the day. Whenever we have input from our trainer as to how to make his stay easier for all, the staff work with us.

Everyone has been super friendly and professional in my 2 interactions with the Hillsboro camp! They were lovely with my dog, who can sometimes be stubborn. The only critical feedback I have is I wish the play areas could be bigger. Facilities seemed clean and well maintained. Love the live feed cameras!
