Great employees who care about the puppies in their care
10 out of 10! Very helpful and courteous staff. The facility is well-kept and very clean with no odor. The staff explained everything and answered all of our questions during the puppy introduction. I use Camp Bow Wow north Scottsdale as my standard when visiting any other doggy daycare when I’m out of the area. And to be honest, have not found another facility like it.
Friendly. They always know my dogs. My dogs love coming.....they get excited when I pull into the parking lot!

Everything! Love how teacup room is large enough for the dogs to roam around! The staff members are super friendly and makes it easy for dogs to feel comfortable. We were visiting from Illinois and our Lucy loved being here during our stay in AZ!
Sassy always is happy to enter the camp unlike her actions going to her groomer. Also the video cameras allow me to check on her when I get a moment.

Very thorough with boarding details before and once you arrive, consistent with ensuring up to date vaccines for dogs. Flexible when our plans changed (and changed again) and we needed to adjust our dates.
Have indoor and outdoor play yards together that gave my dog an option where he wants to roam.

Pups always seem to have fun. Would use you more if you had better hours. Often need nighttime service as well.
How friendly and helpful everyone is
Our Tanzi Girl loves Camp Bow Wow; whenever we return to pick her up, she's wants us to stay with her at camp and, we're sure, to meet all of her new friends.
Camp Bow Wow has been instrumental in helping us to "socialize" Tanzi. Tanzi was a rescue from the Sacramento County Shelter, and she'd had a rough life prior to us adopting her in early 2020.
While we don't know for sure, we think that she was literally used as a "junk-yard" dog. She has a huge keloid scare on the back of her neck from being 'cabled' for a very long period.
She's now a very friendly and loving girl, who just loves to meet people and other dogs - regardless of size or breed!
We our training two dogs with Kendra. She is great and our dogs are improving every week. Our dogs both had their interview and spent a few hours with other dogs. We were very nervous about leaving our German Shepard since she is not very friendly with other dogs. She did great. We will move on to level 2 training and have them visit Camp Bow Wow for some doggie playtime.
My dog loves cuddles and play time and I love how sweet everyone is to him so I try and treat him to one on one time as often as I can.
Everyone there is so nice and friendly not only to me, but to my dog, too. He does not wait to be let in and pushes through the gate to greet anyone at the desk before he waits to be let in. He never looks back at me.
Looks like very caring for your loved pet. Very important in your absence.
Friendly competent user friendly
They take such great care of our dogs. When we have traveled out of town and had our dog Jake stay there for a week, He was treated with such care.

What do I like about your services? Well, it's not about me, it's about my fur baby, Smallz. I just pay the bills for him. Unfortunately, he only speaks doggy language. Although we've only been together for a couple of years, I can fully understand what he's thinking, saying, and feeling.
Smallz is thinking, I love it there so much, why can't I go to Camp Bow Wow every day?
Smallz is saying, "everyone at Camp Bow Wow is so nice to me. They let me play, they give me lots of lov'n, they feed me and give me lots of water to help keep me hydrated.
Smallz feels like he's in doggy heaven when he's at Camp Bow Wow.

Organized, friendly staff. Great space for dogs. The convenient APP and monitoring so I can see how my dog is doing.
With this camp visit, it was obvious that they did what my dog needed by reinforcing rest times and his snack times. They even followed up with me to make sure that my dog snacks on a pill popper that contains no pill. It’s a quirky thing that my dog got used to eating when he no longer needed medication. I also loved the app with the camper cameras. Thank you all. Thank you Justin also for calling during the week to check in.
