The camp, Bow Wow, Avondale campus have phenomenal employees who treat our dog like family. We would recommend them for boarding and daycare over a lot of other places.

I love that the amazingly caring, responsible & personable staff members picked up on my dog’s nickname & call him by that all the time now. The little things can really mean the most. We love BowWow & we truly value each & every employee.
We were very impressed with the introductory process with the dogs. We were greeted cordially with smiles, kindness and details of what to expect. The facility was impeccably clean and well organized. The best part was being able to watch our dogs interact with other dogs on the screen and also being able to continue watching on the app. When we came to pick up Arlo and Bernie we were told about their day and we happily learned of them passing their introductory test. We are relieved to know there is a facility that is responsible, clean, organized and well managed to bring our dogs. We will be using Camp Bow Wow again and will definitely recommend their services. Thank you!

They were friendly and accepted my *special* dog with love. The Camp Counselor with bleach blonde hair exhibited genuine love for all dogs as I watched them on the camera. When I picked up my dog, they gave me a detailed card and even read it aloud to me. I cannot wait to bring her back.

Chance loves Camp Bow Wow! He's an only child so going to camp allows him to hang out with his friends and have fun. He gets lots of exercise and extra pets and snuggles from the staff, which of course he knows he deserves because he's so cute! I know it's a clean, safe place for him to play, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They greet Chance by name, and he gets really excited when it's time to go back to the playground. He's super happy when I pick him up, so I know he's had a great day with his friends and the staff. Communication by the camp keeps me up to date on events I know Chance will enjoy, as well as letting me know if anything comes up during the day while he's there. And I love that I can log in to the live cameras to watch him play anytime I want. It also allows my grandkids who live in Texas to watch him too, which they love because they miss him a lot. Recommend 10/10!

The staff is friendly, responsive, and caring. Dogs are screened and they are watched. It's fantastic that you can also check in on the dogs while they are there.
The friendliness. I brought my, very paranoid, sister in there and it was the very nice, professional front desk assistant that put her as ease. She spoke with my sister about the procedures and care that go into practice at camp bow wow. Add to this, my puppies can barely contain themselves when we arrive. It's there reaction that lets me know it's a great place! Oh, and the cameras! That's a 10 plus plus.
