Love camp bow wow. Everyone there is great and our dog loves going.
I was a little anxious on my dogs first visit but the girl who checked us in made me feel extremely comfortable and walked me through the process. She was sweet and kind and excelled in customer service skills. I did watch him on the cameras from home, which also gave me alot of comfort, and he was thriving with the other dogs and having fun playing and making friends. He even hot into their pool which I can never get him to do at home. I'm so happy I took him to Camp Bow Wow for his first experience with doggie day camp. We will defintely be going back soon!

Excellent trained staff, willing to work with my dogs requirements and needs and also my expectations while keeping my dog at Camp Bow Wow Temecula.
When I am thinking about my dog or wondering about the condition of my dog at Camp Bow Wow I look at the Camp Bow Wow camera system and see my dog well she is playing and then I feel comfortable again and go back to what I am doing.

Great doggy daycare! Our pup loves it and comes home tired and content.
Our 3 dogs were welcomed with warm, happy greetings! The staff was friendly and professional. Having cameras available to check on our pups, is an extra nice bonus!
Employees are very nice and are very good with the pups. I loved the interview process making sure my pup gets along with the others pups slowly. The coupons are a very nice touch for new campers. And i like that you can purchase packages for half days to bring the cost down a bit. It is also very nice that you don’t need to make a reservation to bring your pup to day care.
Our dog is not the most sociable of dogs but he does enjoy his time at Camp Bow Wow.
We had him bathed this last visit and he came home smelling great and he still smells good 5 days later.
It always good when Enzo can meet, and play with other dogs , doing it in a cool place is even better. The personal at Camp Bow Wow are always Great ! You can tell they Love animals .

I bring my Gus to daycare once a week to spend time with other dogs and to have a day of fun! The staff are so loving to him and he always is excited to go there. Since he’s so comfortable at Camp Bow Wow, I use their boarding and grooming services, as well - always have had a positive experience!
I appreciate that Camp Bow Wow interviews dogs and screens for behavior issues before they are accepted at camp too - it makes me feel like Gus is safe with other well socialized dogs.

The Campus: Clean and inviting. Lots of room for the campers to play and interact. Love that you have Camper Cams available so we can see our fur babies at play!
Camp Counselors: Everyone was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. It was like every comment or question was valid and important. The camp counselors also were gentle, friendly, and attentive to all of the campers.
The Programs: We have kept our dog here and also at the Elk Grove, CA and Sherwood, OR camps. They are all well-run and include a variety of extras for the campers. We were impressed from Day One, when our dog was first introduced to Camp Bow Wow,
One time last year there was an outbreak of diarrhea at the Brentwood campus. We had previously made reservations to board our dog. We got a call from you to let us know of the outbreak, and to give us a chance to cancel the reservation. Since our dog was fully vaccinated and healthy, we opted to keep the reservation. She stayed with you, and every time we checked the Camper Cam, it always showed a room being cleaned and special attention given to all of the campers. Our dog had a good stay there, and she never got sick. She also got free snuggle time.
Everything about Camp Bow Wow is wonderful. We will certainly use your services again. We have recommended you to other friends who own dogs, and we will continue to let people know of your outstanding services. You can share these comments, but we don't want our name or our dog's name shared. Thank you for being such an amazing safe and fun place for our pets to stay and play!

Every staff member I encounter in the process of setting up boarding for my dog is exceptional. The faculties are well kept and very professional.
Our dog loves to go to Camp Bow Wow. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he is eager to
have some fun.
Camp Bow Wow is a great place to take your dog. They have video cams so while you are
on your trip you can tune in and see the good time your dog is having with his/her new pack pals.
Care for Marty is number one. He is always happy to get there and always comes home clean and tired.
I love the video and knowing that are four legged was being well taken care of.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow in Henderson are very friendly and we feel like our dog gets lots of love and attention when he goes to play. He does a couple full days each week and he has so much fun. We've been going to CBW on and off for years and it's a great place!
My baby LOVES Camp Bow Wow! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I trust them to take care of my pup - no question about it. The premises are remarkably clean for. as manyu doggos are in and out of there! I also like that they are full service with boarding, grooming and fun play time activities. I cannot recommend CBW enough!
I really appreciate the staff and their attention to the details in caring for my fur babies. I know that when I go on vacation I can relax knowing my pets will be well cared for including getting their scheduled meds.
It is a safe and happy place for my sweet pup to be while I'm gone.
