I am not involved in many activities. These could possibly be promoted more so. I do enjoy going to the weight room though! Facility is always clean!

There's plenty of variety to suit my needs. A good mix of offerings throughout the day as well as a terrific equipment room. Friendly people.

I absolutely LOVE the Dancefit and High Fitness classes. The music and people are so motivational. Instructors Annette, Kara, and Andrea are top notch and make exercise so much fun!
