I love Silver Sneakers! It’s a comfortable group to workout with. All of the instructors are very capable and make class fun. Glad to be in the gym, hope we can stay there as more & more return from Covid.
The variety of group exercise classes offered at both morning and evening. I would like to see circuit and total toning classes added to the schedule.

The Sarpy Y is like a family. Everyone knows each other's names and you can really feel like you belong.
I've been to 2 different classes, Yoga and Silver Sneakers. Excellent instructors and suitable music. I hate classes with instructors that play their music so loud I leave with a headache. Both classes that I have attended, had instructors that spoke clearly and didn't drown themselves out with loud music. The instructors and persons attending classes were welcoming and friendly.
I like the Body Pump classes and the instructors teaching them. It keeps me motivated to keep working out. I wish there were more early morning options on them, however. Wednesday’s and Saturday’s classes are the only early ones.
I love the aqua classes. Good workout and great fellowship! Lots of choices!

Swim classes and Zumba
I really enjoy the variety of classes the Y offers. I would appreciate it if there were more classes during the 10 am to 1 pm timeframe for those of us who are not seniors. Thanks for all that you do!
I like the variety of classes and instructors. I like the fact that child care is available . I like the summer camps and the many sports teams.
Great pool instructors! Everyone of them is different therefore we get a variety of classes and work different muscles. Even our brains!!

Early morning exercise classes. The instructors keep me on task and pace. They’re also friendly and helpful.
Quality classes for older adults, including aqua classes.
Would like more daily accessible help with machine workouts or maybe a time for a class for older adults. A time block could b set where it would not b just walk-in assistance. Then questions could b asked; machine adjustments could b made; suggestions offered etc.

Sarpy is my favorite Y I’ve been to! It’s the most up to date, and spaced out for Covid. Mo is also the best teacher I’ve had at any Y - he’s very encouraging & doesn’t let you give up.

The child watch room has great staff. My kids say it's the best one of the YMCA child watches we've gone to. When I pick them up, they are always in great moods and have good stories about the new friends they made and what they played. Keep up the great work!!
