The Sarpy YMCA is the only one in the area that offers combat body....the instructors are great and it is a really tough workout! I don't mind the 25 minute drive knowing that I will need that whole drive home to stop sweating!

The water classes are great, and I especially appreciate the classes with Maria, Michelle, and Andrea.
We like the pool. We have wonderfully inspirational instructors! We have made many friends at classes, and drinking coffee together (Y-bucks) in the lobby!

I like the variety of classes including cardio and strengthening early morning classes and aqua strengthening classes. The instructors are enthusiastic and always offer a different workout each time to keep the workouts fun and interesting and so they don’t become boring.
All the instructors very friendly and really helpful
I did not have available time to join any of the programs even though there were some I was interested in. I used the pool and the incline bike mostly
I attend the water aerobic classes everyday and enjoy them very much. They provide a good and complete body workout. I know due to staff shortages only one WA class is offered on a Monday and Friday, but I hope this can be increased to 2 classes everyday in the future.
I did not attend an activity or program while I was at the Sarpy Y. I just dropped in while I was in the area to check it out.

I think the why has very good machines that are kept up maintenance wise. The trainers as well as the administrative staff are very well trained and do an excellent job. Keep up the good work Y.!!!!
