Everyone who works there is so nice. My hair stylist, McKenna, is such a great human being. She greatly cares about my wishes for my hair. She really listens. She's makes sure she understands me. And then provides the right solution. There's never any pressure to do anything I'm not ready to do yet. She's very good about answering my questions about other services, too. I'm interested in possibly getting hair extensions and she got me all the details I need to make a decision. McKenna is awesome!!!

This was my first visit to James Salon and McKenna was my stylist. She took the time to really listen to me about my hair. I told her what I like and don't like, the good and bad cuts I've had in the past. She suggested texturizing my hair to help prevent the shelf my hair gets when I cut it to shoulder length (I have very thick hair and this ALWAYS happens after a haircut).
She took great care of me, and I absolutely love the cut! I ran my hands through my hair and asked her, are you SURE this is my hair? It feels amazing, so light and silky ♡
10/10 will absolutely reccomend and will be returning for haircuts in the future...maybe do a color service too

I had been looking for a new salon, that could become "my" salon. James Salon fit what I was looking for! They are lovely to work with, the hair stylists like to have fun and are open and ready to try anything. Both my sister and I have used their services for our wedding hair, and it all turned out great.
My stylist Casey does an amazing job. She is also super friendly and professional. My my daughter also had a haircut and her stylist did a great job and her hair turned out exactly how she wanted it.
