Reliable- or you were before being sold to a new company- Don't know how reliable you will be going forward......usually the annual clean and check visit would have happened by now- it didn't..so I worry about heat this Winter.

They are there when we need them…We like the fact..that they know..in house..when our Propane is running low, and they automatically come to fill it. Especially when there is a possibility of an outage during bad weather.
The company has been responsive to requests for delivery outside our normal schedule. Representatives on the phone have been friendly and helpful.
