I’ve been with this company for 40 years. The customer service has always been great. I do miss being able to see the people in the office when making my monthly budget payments and being on a first name basis with the staff.

I like the quick responsive customer service. I am very happy with the Service department including their knowledge of the entire system I have and the ability to fix or update any equipment or supplies that I may need. The Customer service was great for a question I had on the website. The Accounting Department was informative when I moved in and needed to figure out balances after purchasing a home and understanding the new account and how it works.

I have always had reliable Service since that early date, now with 4 Rinnai space heaters and a Hot Water on Demand heater . Add to this my consumption of Propane.

I am giving a 10 due to Sr Management actually reading these reviews. This is the first for me. As you know I had many issues, form lack of communication regarding the change, my credit balance at end of last season, conflicting information if the service plan is a prepaid or included in the budget, letter for budgeted gallons at 200 gallons when my history is 650, my exhaust pipe needing repair. When you deliver K1 instead of #2 in the summer months, well, let's just say I put on my calendar to call Dead River. I truly appreciate Sr Management's attention. Pipe repaired and rate adjusted. Thank you

Responded to my request and inquiries, promptly, and completed the necessary task with immediate feedback and receipt.
I had an issue with a pricing contract. Prices went up at the end of the contract - May 1. I requested to the lower price be reinstated - I use a lot of propane- that was granted and reflected in my most recent delivery. However, a May 3rd delivery was not corrected retroactively. I talked to someone in person and thought it was corrected but my account on the website appeared to say otherwise. I complained on this forum and just received a phone call assuring me it was being addressed. I appreciate the call and the explanation. You guys have a new or upgraded system and there will be issues. Thank you for the resolution.
