Our house was under contract for sale, and when we decided to remove our house from the market, we forgot to inform Eastern Propane to restore our account to auto refill. Our 1,000 gallon propane tank depleted to empty on Labor Day weekend while our house was filled with guests. Eastern propane dispatched a truck and driver solely to refill our supply.
