Recently I needed to know the consumption rate of my 1,000 gallon in-ground propane tank from the 27th of the previous month to the 7th of the current month. In two phone calls to customer service over the course of two hours, I received the accurate data to the gallon of my consumption. Very impressed!
I am happy with everything except the extremely high additional cost addons such as Hazmat fee and why why why a continued fuel recovery fee, This seems to be a very unfair fee as we all suffer high fuel costs..why must we supplement yours every delivery? Most businesses charged this when gas soared but dropped the fee when it started to lower. Hazmat fee seems a bit too high also.
