Great reliable service. Payment method is easy on line. We have two 100 gallon tanks so the price could be a little cheaper for the amount we use. They monitor our use and come out to fill our tanks.

Your installers were efficient and courteous. Your phone customer service was a pleasure to deal with, and you delivered right on schedule without me asking for it and before the bill got too high. The one mistake I made was getting my furnace tuned up for the season, with a coupon from UGI, which I got through the mail. It cost me double in the end and a trip to the ER! Fire Engines, Police, Ambulance, Blood Cleaning, etc.... None of it related to you, just UGI. So yes, I like everything about your company and products.

when I do have to call for any reason the people are friendly and very curtious. when we had a heating and a/c systems installed a few yrs back all the gentlemen were very friendly and explained what that were doing and how the system worked.
