This center the staff looks like they really care about the members and really the seniors gets good care I really like it here because we lost so many good seniors members from Covid and young lady who in charge is very nice she listen to you can't wait for the exercise class to start this fall.

Have been attending the chair yoga for nearly 6 years and love it. The instructore, Nathalie Wood, is great and goes above and beyond to help her students. With her help, I got off sugar for the last three years and became vegan for the last 2.5 years. She is a terrific asset to the YMCA team.
It is also nice to interact with other fellow student who are taking care of their health.

They have great times there open and have all the equipment any other place would have.
The instructors for every class are the best around. They always create a welcoming environment for those with and without experience. Will continue telling everyone about my experience, especially now that the major renovations have been completed.
Good facility with fitness center. Recent remodel of different areas made huge improvement. Perfect for seniors with Silver Sneakers!
