In both Zumba and Strength Training the instructors demonstrate the activity and give you examples of how just keep moving if you can’t do the exact moves they are doing. They make the Sessions fun.

In addition, the class selection is very good and the instructors are excellent.
I was a member before, but due to Covid and 2 knee replacements I have been unable to participate. It felt good to rejoin and get back in action, on land and in the pool.
