This is a wonderful establishment for all types of activities for the whole family. There are many different classes plus use of the pool, track, gym and activities that range well beyond that - including camp and fund raising events. It is a very worthwhile venue and one that is worth the membership!

In the classes I’ve taken the instructors work with everyone at the individual clients’s physical level. The person chooses their weight levels and moves to their ability. The individual builds up slowly as they feel comfortable.
