How the group exercise schedule is arranged.
Tai chi. I love it and would come every day at 10:30.
I do not like to exercise at noon. It's too late in the day.
I enjoy being with other people to exercise. however I do not care for the new hour change in the class. it throws my day off. i really like to exercise early in the morning, then i feel like doing my other projects for the day.

Staff and trainers are top-notch!
The friendliness of the staff and members stands out the most. I also like the variety of equipment as well as the gym and the pool that allows for an abundance of exercise routines. The e-gym e-gym equipment really allows for individualized exercise experiences.

Great experience! The instructor was energetic, knowledgeable and lots of fun. I excited ti make this class a part of my weekly routine.
Both Favia and Kenny made sure I knew how and where to use the exercise machines. Looking forward to using the gym equipment that Kenny took me thru.

The wellness room is amazing with the fan bikes, sled and other premium equipment. Area is clean. People are friendly in general.

The lifeguards at the pool were so friendly! The only downfall of this location was the pool was on the main floor and women’s locker rooms were in the basement! Made me a little uncomfortable having to walk that far while wet. We met a a very nice lady named Marie we helped us navigate through the building.
