In finding out the therapeutic benefits of the pool, the Y cannot be compared to any gym with the availability of their water exercise classes. It’s incredible!!! The instructors are wonderful and everyone is so nice. Along with all the other classes available, you can’t beat it!!!
The staff is very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable of their job. There’re also self involved in your progress and the YMCA makes for a great atmosphere to workout.

I love the staff and the variety of options. I especially like water aerobics. The pool temperature is comfortable and a good number of classes are offered.
Everyone on staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I always know I’ll be treated with respect when I walk through the doors at the Mt Clemens Y. Great place to exercise and socialize. Facility is kept clean on a regular basis, as well as the parking lot.

I enjoy the classes and the instructors do a great job. I recently had 3 private training sessions and John was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I love my chair yoga classes and I hope to come to even more classes in the future.
Also, now that you don't accept Silver Sneakers, I wasn't sure I could continue to come, as I live on a very fixed income. I spoke with Susan and she was amazingly understanding and helped me to figure out how I could keep coming.

Great pool and excellent classes
I love the pool.
Three things come to mind.
First, the facility and its location. Easy access, plenty of parking, 20 minutes from my home, clean, nicely refurbished, cheerful.
Second, the instructors: Caring people, welcoming, patient, helpful, professional, knowledgeable.
Third, the clients: My age group, pleasant, helpful, never obnoxious, no swearing, welcoming.
