My son has been receiving swimming lessons at the YMCA since he was 1 and now he's 6. He is so confident in the water now and has learned how to properly get in and out of the water safely.

Water aerobics is a great workout for me.
I have a issue though, I don't know if anyone is complaining but it is freezing in the locker rm. I have a head cold right now. You come out of the pool and then you hit
The shower and locker rm 🥶
It’s wonderful but as you leave the women’s room to hang your towel and go towards the room with the showers there is a step up and over a tiled step and as you are going to the pool you can’t see that it drops down. Hope this makes sense. But it’s kind of dangerous. Thanks

At 75 years of age I decided to learn to swim, and it's been an awesome experience! My swim instructor John is patient and fun to work with! I'm doing things in the pool that I never thought that I'd be able to do.
EVERYONE IS ALWAYS CHEERFUL, WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. I GET MY EXERCISE AND RELAXATION TOO!
