Friendly staff
I like the friendly, all-inclusive atmosphere at the Macomb Family YMCA. I also like that their pool has a deep end so I can take derp water aerobics for my back. They also keep the pool at a reasonable temperature

I very much enjoy my time at the YMCA it’s a time I can relax my mind and other times I can make a friend.

Great instructors ands great way to make friends
I only go to use the pool but I love going, I feel so good when I leave there. I've met some really nice people there so far. I'm glad I joined.
My chair yoga class with Pat. She is an excellent teacher and stresses proper form, which I really appreciate.
What I don't appreciate is when we have a new student and she spends tons of time speaking with and showing that student what to do. At times that takes a few minutes, while the rest of the class stands around waiting/talking. I understand helping new students individually but sometimes it's extreme.

Front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful. Mark, the trainer, is friendly, informative, and takes time to point out how we can improve our skill level. Makes everyone feel at ease when doing the activities. Keeps the atmosphere lighthearted.
The staff is very helpful, everyone is pleasant and the facility itself is very well maintained. They offer a wonderful variety of classes to take no matter what level of fitness you're at and the staff helps you to sign up for classes if you need., I just recently joined I haven't been to a gym in about 40 years very happy with the YMCA!

Friendly staff and instructors, clean facility
I really like being able to use the same pool I used as a kid; even completed my Red Cross Lifesaving training training there about 45 years ago!
Classes and instructors
All of the people there are really helpful and pleasant. The center was easy to join and has some classes that we are interested in.
The staff is very nice and friendly
I like the workout equipment and swimming pool. I have yet to try the classes. I am a fairly new member.
