Nice, clean and friendly place to work out.
Good experience. People were very friendly and great spread of food at the end of the race. There were plenty of volunteers. Only feedback I have is it would be great if you emailed the results of everyone. Other than that I have no complaints.

The gym is clean and the exercise equipment is up to date and in good working condition. The staff is very pleasant and I don't have to wait to use a certain device.
The trainers should maintain constant oversight of workout ares. Making sure to answer questions and guidance on the proper methods for training
