Group classes can be very motivating: I loved my Pilates class on Mon evenings and my adult fitness class on Fridays .

As a senior, I so appreciate the front desk staff… all are very helpful and friendly. My husband and I really appreciate the senior classes offered. Try to make it in when we’re not babysitting the grandchildren😄). Yes we have told others, and they’ve signed on as well.

I like the Y Family atmosphere. I'm coming from a big time gym and it's not personal. I love the swim lessons I'm taking, and the numerous classes you offer caught my eye. You also have a nice sized pool and everything is clean. I feel really good when I come and the ladies up front are always so warm and welcoming!
I like the friendliness of the people there and the instructors and that my insurance cov I like the friendliness of the instructors and the people there and I like that our insurance covers it for the seniorers .

I love the variety of classes. All of the instructors are wonderful. If you are unable to do a movement, they give you modifications.
