Terrific staff.
I like how I am treated when I check in before and after the classes I attend. Usually Krista or Megan are at the front desk and then I’ll see Wayne as he is always on the move checking that everything is in order. They are all excellent at what they do and are so kind.
Also, I really enjoy the classes I attend with Cheryl and Kristen. They are excellent instructors and very knowledgeable about teaching senior fitness classes. I look forward to their classes because they make my work outs fun!

I love it. I usually only take advantage of the wonderful pool.
I do think there is an ant problem in the family shower rooms, as my grandson keeps focusing on them when he uses the restroom,

When the rap comes on I quietly leave.
Upon exiting the building from the building ,,,,warm goodbyes from the front desk .

Swimming in a heated pool is ultimately
wonderful when it’s 30 something degrees outside. The swimming fitness
classes gave me so much positive
Group classes can be very motivating: I loved my Pilates class on Mon evenings and my adult fitness class on Fridays .
Such a positive impact on my sitting and watching TV endlessly gaining pounds
daily. And I have lost at least 10 lbs.in
about 6 months.💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸💕

I love the community aspect. Everyone is so friendly, and I love seeing the same faces. Everyone is so kind and respectful. It's such a wonderful environment.
As a senior, I so appreciate the front desk staff… all are very helpful and friendly. My husband and I really appreciate the senior classes offered. Try to make it in when we’re not babysitting the grandchildren😄). Yes we have told others, and they’ve signed on as well.

I was hoping to hear from someone about personal training, but haven't heard back yet.
VERY lean and instructors are very nice and watch the group for any issues and give alternate exercise for seniors.
