Enjoying the senior fit classes taught by Susan on Wednesday’s and Kristen on Friday’s.
If I may suggest… the large room we do our exercises in, really need to be dust mopped every week. The dust bunnies are growing and moving around when the fans are on. Not a pretty sight!
But we sure do enjoy our local ‘Y’…and the great team of people who work there!!

I enjoy the convenient location and full workout equipment. You are always greeted with a smile, plus the staff is accommodating when asked. Also, I’m glad pickleball is available during the inclement weather season.
