Friendly, helpful staff. The machines in the workout room are great - multiple Precor AMT machines, none of which were available at the gyms I checked out before taking a tour of the YMCA. I also like the basketball courts and upstairs track. The facility had everything I was looking for.

It is always peaceful when I come in to exercise, in the mornings. I appreciate there is no loud music playing. The staff is usually pleasant.

I do water aerobics in the large pool at the Farmington Family Y. It's relaxing and enjoyable and most of the people I encounter there are super-friendly and nice. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. My son, who is 44 and has physical and developmental disabilities, also uses the large pool on a regular basis for exercise. Everyone on staff at the Y has been very welcoming to him, which I appreciate tremendously.
The facility is clean, quiet, & not over crowded. The variety of machines are well spaced & well maintained. The staff is friendly & courteous.
