Lisa is very creative and does a great job at making our work out productive and fun.
I would recommend Mondays Zumba class. The instructor gives you a great workout. Tuesday is fine as well. Wednesday's class used to be the best but those instructors are no longer teaching. The new instructor does a very, very lite impact workout if that's your thing. I recommend Monday and Tuesday classes.

We’ve been working with Bill Trapp at the Farmington Y for a little over two years. We appreciate how he is encouraging and keeps the sessions varied and interesting. Our results have been terrific! We are stronger, more fit, and have greatly improved balance.

Zumba and senior exercise classes
I absolutely love the aqua easy does it and intermediate classes that I take, HOWEVER I feel that the instructor should take better control of the class. Many many people are there to socialize and talk and it is very disruptive for those of us who really want to exercise. I’m all for socializing but there is just way too much talking during class.
Convenient location, good prices, flexible scheduling, Bill Trapp is great. Will help with nutrition and problem areas

I love the Water Aerobics classes! Now that it’s been expanded to 5 days a week, I’m trying to go Monday through Friday.

I like the people, the pool and especially the Wednesday aerobics class with music (great instruction and so much fun)
Lisa & Stephana both teach excellent water exercise classes! I have been taking the classes for 4+ years & hate when I have to miss!
The pool & locker room are so clean - always! The sauna is my treat after a good workout!

Lisa is a fabulous instructor! I attend many of her classes. Deep water and aerobics in warm pool.

I like the friendliness, parking, and of course the classes offered.
The variety of classes offered is great. I do not use the individual workout facilities much because I enjoy the group classes. Others in the class not inspire and support regardless of your fitness level, and I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends.
The aerobic classes Tuesday-Thursday are the best! I feel so energized and good in the water and I believe mu body is stronger and more flexible since I have been attending regularly!

The instructors, the staff, fellow members, all are very friendly, down-to-earth people that make going to the Y and working out with them an absolute pleasure.
