We have attended the Adult exercise classes for about 4 years (also chair exercises sometimes).
They are well-run and beneficial to us.
While the Y is doing good job, lately there has been a cut back on staffing, fewer spray bottles to clean machines, and at times no paper towels.
The dow river y m c a is a great place.I just wish they would get the app working right
Friendly staff. Jacob & James always greet me kindly and offer good conversation.
Because they are very nice there they no your name. I received a personal trainer. I can go there after I go home and may dinner. And they have someone there to watch your children if you need to work out.

Changed my likeliness to (7) as far as referring others to the YMCA, particular seniors, because I can join Planet Fitness and pay a cheaper monthly benefit than what I am paying at the Y. Because I am a senior and no longer have Silver Sneaker benefits for the Y, it would be to my advantage and other seniors to join Planet Fitness

I enjoy Power Walking the upstairs track. Lots of good views through the windows and down onto the Basketball Courts and Swimming Pool.
It’s close to home, easy to use the equipment upstairs and clean.
My kids have been enjoying the program.
Patient instructors who are willing to try new things to help your kid learn and grow comfortable with their water skills.
