The variety of classes is great!
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and there are plenty of avenues to find the workout that works best for you.
It is a good facility. I have been in the big equipment room and the machines are in good condition. The gym where I attend the Zumba Gold class is good and I really enjoy the instructor, Ellen.

We do swimming lessons at the Y. We love Ms. Maggie! She has helped my son tremendously and you can tell she loves what she does.
1.do not allow children to be scheduled in the locker room when adults that attend swim classes are in the locker room.
2.keep children out of pool when adult swim classes are in session.
3. Repair upright bikes 1&3 so that the intensity level works. Bike 1 only registers 1 on the screen and will not change. Bike 3 intensity level does not show a number and does not change.
4. Relocate the exterior handicap entrance switch rather than being attached to the building. Place switch separated from building by 3-5’. Wheelchairs and people using walkers have a difficult time getting out of the way of the door opening and being knocked to the ground. Why will Y not update this antiquainted access switch? Are you waiting for a handicapped person to get hurt?

The people at the front desk, and the Instructors, are very welcoming and knowledgable. It is a joy to come to the Carls Family YMCA.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. I take the water classes Monday, Wednesday , and Friday’s.( (most Monday, Wednesday and Friday 😊) Love the classes. I don’t like exercising at all, but Jill makes it fun and it’s a really good workout.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the senior water exercise class, and gym equiptment, and the hours are reasonable.
