Great facilities and staff
Gym and pleasant staff
I like the variety of classes and appreciate evening/weekend offerings. Would like to see a dance class in the evening or weekend to mix up offerings a bit.
Would be great if the floor in the studio could be deep cleaned including in equipment areas and more regularly on the floor that we get down on during class.
Instructors do often seem to be struggling with music streaming and headsets. Have been getting better about starting on time.
I’m sure others appreciate it, but it would be nice not to have the news on in the weight/treadmill area. So much negativity exposure when I want to exercise to get a release from it.

Love the classes that they provide and the teachers are the best. The staff is always there to greet you when you walk in the door with a smile, and always ready to help you whenever or whatever you need. It’s a wonderful place to work out and meet new friends!

Great weights and uncrowded feel.
The fitness instructors, front desk staff, pool lifeguards - all the people we interact with every time we go to the YMCA are like extended family. They all ask about our lives and make us feel really welcome. They worry if we don't show up to a regular class or swim lane time.
We live a solid 25 minute or longer drive from Carls, but it is worth the drive, because it's more than "just a gym." Carls Family YMCA is a true community center.
