The wide variety of classes that you have for all age groups is fantastic. The facility itself is large, clean, and offers wonderful amenities. The staff is personable, alway willing to help and answer questions. Keep up the good work!

We love the classes and instructors. The facility is clean the staff is really nice and always engaging . You can tell people that go to the YMCA benefit from the social and health aspects.
Everyone is so friendly! The Zumba Gold and the Yoga teachers are outstanding!
The desk is always friendly when you walk in or out. They change with the times by increasing hours and simplifying the Pickleball schedule. They will let a few people do their own swim aerobics in a small area of the pool during open pool time

We love Carls Family YMCA! They have a great variety of weights, weight machines, treadmills, and other workout equipment. There is lots of space to move around. I have taken the AOA Classic class in the gym, and it is really a workout! The pool area is great for all ages. We are looking forward to exploring more classes.
Friendly staff; clean facility.
Clean facilities, majority of employees are very friendly. Would love to see you make it a 24 hours around the clock, open up too late on the weekends, and close way too early on Sundays.
Pool is clean and ready for laps. Lifeguards are friendly. Welcome desk staff also friendly.
All the Friendly People both in the pool area at the front desk and etc. very nic3 place.
You just need coffee in the mornings so people can have a cup and meet others.
They can bring their own cups to save on paper cups.
Love this YMCA. I enjoy the services, facilities, classes and a fact that I can use any other YMCA facilities in Metro Detroit. That is one of few reasons that I have rejoined it. Love pool.
I like that you offer a variety of exercise classes. Sure would lke to see Tai Chi come back on the schedule. That was an excellent class for stability and balance.
