Wendy was excellent! She worked hard and skillfully massaged deep into my muscles, which is what I look for and don't always receive. I'll be going back for sure. The staff at the front desk is always pleasant and capable.

Wonderfully calm atmosphere overall. Great scrub experience. My attendant, Vicky checked in periodically about pressure level which was helpful. Great customer service overall from check in through payment.
Only feedback was that my appointment was late getting started. Additionally, the noises from other customers and staff entering and exiting rooms adjacent to my room were a little disruptive to the experience since they sounded as if they might be entering my scrub room.
Otherwise great experience!

Peter is an amazing massage therapist. I first learned about Kume (Foot Spa) when you all first opened your business. Someone from the store handed me a flyer. I decided to make an appointment and happened to be assigned to Peter. Since whatever year it was that you opened, I have become a member every year since, and try to get massages about 1x/month and more during my birthday month.
Peter has excellent pressure (I like deep tissue massage) and is enormously skilled at following the line of the muscle, never (ever) wobbling off the muscle as some massage therapists can often do. He is precise and intuitive. When I had an ankle issue, he could already tell this area was challenged and he worked on it.

I’ve been going to Kume for years, the perfect stress reducer. While I have my regular therapists, I like the fact they have such a large staff which allows me the option to have a last minute appointment.
Wonderful people, immediate relaxation, great massage therapists! They always give you the full amount of time.

I do not like how the masseuse stores the cream on his arm before putting it on my body. It does not seem hygienic!
