We had trouble with billing at the end of this summer that was kind of a pain to resolve & i sure wish the Newnan office staff picked up the phone more...I usually end up speaking to the Carrolton office due to rollover.

Ryan has been my service tech for many treatments. He always informs me when he will arrive. He asks me what pests I’m having issues with and treats accordingly. He’s always professional and I can tell he genuinely cares! He’s always does more than expected. Actually, this last treatment he brought my trashcan in from the road. He always goes above and beyond. The treatments usually work and if we have problems between treatments, he always comes back. This summer we had problems with blackwidows. Without prompting, he educated me on places they would hide and how to keep my toddler protected. He even checked all of the outside toys for spiders. I’m so glad I found Northwest Exterminating. They’re great!
