I love my tech!! He’s prompt, and very thorough. He is easy to work with. Always make sure to ask if I have any issues. Now, on the other hand, your offices stink if it wasn’t for my tech, I would’ve broken my contract and I’m not the only one that has a problem with the offices. The people who recommended your company also has problems with the office. They don’t call ahead they don’t relay messages. It’s almost like I have to do all the work. Orkin does a much better job. They relay messages they make appointments ahead of time much easier to deal with. I don’t have to do all the work on setting up times and appointments.

I really like our technician David Perkins. He is thorough and with all his clients, he remembers that my husband sleeps later due to 2nd shift job. He is sweet and sends a text that he will be quiet because he is going to be a little early. It's the little things that usually matter the most!
