The young man that did our service was really good ! HE was able to find, with my help, 19 of the 20 termite units for inspection.
Whoever did the service before DID not find and inspect the 19 we found. In fact, ask the service man who did find these. He will tell you that the previous employee did not report correctly. So, we paid for LAST years inspection that never occurred.
Yes, mulch can hide these. We understand BUT we found these through determination. A little hard work and staying with the project not giving up and filing a false report.
In fact . . . we now believe that this was a regular yearly occurrence !
