Customer service is outstanding. Have been a customer for years. Though this last service, the tech texted when he was on his way and I responded and asked him to do something g about nests on our back deck and nothing g was done. I never received a response to the text.
Quick and regularly scheduled. Will spray for pests when needed. Courteous technicians call when they are on their way.
The person who does the service is what makes the difference. In our case it it Taylor Butler. He really seems to care.

My previous review left something to be desired regarding the quality and effectiveness of the services we recieved. After speaking to one of the managers and getting a plan together to make some corrections to our current services, things are going much better now. I am pleased to report that Northwest has willingly done all they can do to resolve our concerns. I would recommend their services to other homeowners who may need them.

Daniel was very thorough he paid attention to what I had a problem with then showed me how to alleviate the bugs by running the water to keep the trap flies out and to clean the drain with vinegar and peroxide then he explained how he would treat the problem and that if I needed to have him come back to treat again it would be free of charge. Thank you so much Daniel!!!
