Always good about setting up appt and thorough when they come. They are great about explaining anything or coming back if any problems. The personality of each person we have dealt with has been a true pleasure. To me, that is a plus with any company.
I was a little concerned when Northwest bought my old company, but they’ve kept the value and customer service that I liked so much! This last visit, Taylor let me move my appt a week because of family stuff. They verified and then on the appt day, he called and was heading our way if it was convenient. It was. He was done before my appt time. They do good!!
