I really like the communication, and the ability to plan the exact day (and sometimes time of the service). That being said, I added on an ant service in this last visit (which was the 17th). I just returned home and there are still many ants in the yard. I don't know if this is unusual or if adding that on in the future is not worth it.

The personnel answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. It is hard to feel comfortable when you reach a certain age but your staff is spot on.
