Our technician, Devon, is great
We know when Chris is coming, then he calls when he is a few houses away. He checks for any unusual critters in our “sticky boxes”, he knocks down spider webs and sprays around our house perimeter. He’s a very pleasant guy too!

I stay with Northwest for two reasons. (1) the mosquito bucket which I haven't seen elsewhere, and (2) my service tech, Nick Strohmeyer. He is courteous, knowledgeable and spends more time on my needs than any other tech that you have used on my house.
Sean was very professional and did the job perfectly.

Excellent service! Always on time, very professional and addresses any concerns or problems. Office staff are great in scheduling and making sure my service tech has information regarding any new issues. I have been with them about 25 years and they have always provided the best in pest control. The use of products that are safe for the environment is very important to me.
