Excellent customer service. Chris has been our technician for three years and he is very thorough and cordial. If we have any issues between regular visits all it takes is a quick call and he responds quickly and makes sure our issue is resolved. Office staff is also cordial and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend Northwest!

Scheduling is flexible and convenient. Rick is a great technician and does a very thorough job every time he services my property. He is always friendly and answers any questions/addresses any concerns, and he lets me know when he is on his way and when he is done, which helps a lot so I can secure my dogs and fence.
