Robert is an awesome technician. Always polite and listens when I have a pest issue. However, I’m having financial difficulties and I called for some help. The young lady who helped me was lovely and told me a manager would call back. NEVER heard from anyone. I do need to have this pest service, but now I’m shopping for less expensive services.

I've been with Northwest for a while, and I'm very happy. The young man that has been servicing my home recently, Jay (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) has been great. Contacts us before he arrives, and has been very responsive when there has been a need for some extra treatment. Overall I'm very happy with Northwest.
