We've had Northwest at two of our homes since moving to Georgia. They are very responsive whenever we have had an issue and the problem resolves almost immediately. Chris always calls to let us know he is on his way so that we can discuss any problem areas before he gets there. We wouldn't use anyone else for our home extermination/preventative needs.
