Overall using northwest has been easy, effective and affordable for my family in two different houses over the past few years. Justin specifically has been very helpful to us as we've had various questions recently about mice in and around our AC unit, cockroaches, ladybeetle infestations, and expanding our services this spring to include bee and mosquito coverage. All of which were handled promptly with him giving us all the info to make sure it was taken care of.

As a Realtor, Northwest is always quick to come out for an inspection, helpful if there's infestation found and always provide ideas for solutions. Their staff is always professional and friendly. I've also experienced the same personally with 3 different homes I've owned.

Maurice is my new technician who came to treat our home last week as part of our quarterly treatment. He was so nice and so helpful and you don't see a lot of that these days.
