I have the same experienced service tech that services my account. I have four contracts with Northwest. I do not allow rotating service tech to come to my home. This has worked for me for 20 years with Northwest. The service tech assigned to my account is not only experienced but professional and does an outstanding job.

My husband and I started with Northwest when we had a home in Lawrenceville and we’ve been with them since 2004. When I moved up here to Woodstock, I stayed with the company because they take care of me and make sure my home is as bug free as possible. Since I was a very young girl, I have literally beenterrified of any kind of bug. So this is very important to me, especially now as a widow, and I have to deal with bugs myself. Sam has been my professional exterminator in Woodstock at the Orchards of East Cherokee for sometime now and he is absolutely wonderful. If I encounter a problem, I just called Northwest and they take care of it for me. I’m glad I stayed with Northwest when I moved up to Woodstock. I would recommend the services of this company highly.
