Very professional from who answers the phone all the way until services are completed. All of the exterminators are very courteous and conscientious. I have a quarterly service and they are always going above and beyond. The company I work for also uses them for new home construction and they are absolutely the best!

Always here when they say they will be, answer my questions and do a good job.
No matter what happens pest wise, all I have to do is call Northwest and they take care of it right away. I live right by a forest and as such, we get a lot of pests from ants to roaches. Whenever we see a roach or two, we know there’s more so we make a call and our pest control specialist (it’s always the same guy and he is awesome) is out to our house within 2 business days.
Your people are polite and helpful. Pricing was clearly stated, and Jesse, the young man who put the termite stations in, showed us where they were and explained how they worked.
