I am a repeat customer of Carolina Pest Management in Charlotte. Jr did a good job inspecting my crawl space for termites and making recommendations. I knew exactly the termite prevention treatment I wanted to use and Jr gave me a quote on that. On treatment day, I was happy to see three workers. I verified that one had a pesticide license. The guys got right to work and did an excellent job. However there were some equipment issues. A hose clamp came loose on the truck and for for a minute or so, it pumped the termiticide solution (Termidor) onto my driveway and one of their trucks. The lead technician quickly washed it off and apologized. However, another part on a pump broke, so they had to transfer from one tank to another tank in order to finish spraying the termiticide. The lead tech apologized for the delay. I know equipment problems can occur, so I did not see this as a problem. I was happy that three technicians were there to handle everything and they did a good job. I will definitely use Carolina Pest Management again and will recommend them to my friends and relatives. I am a very pleased customer.
